Business Development Executive

Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive B2B growth. You'll be responsible for visiting businesses, pitching our services, and generating leads through direct outreach and our CRM system. If you're confident, persuasive, and know how to reach decision-makers, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Visit industrial areas, manufacturers, and local markets to identify business opportunities
• Pitch services to business owners and key stakeholders
• Follow up on leads from the CRM and generate new ones
• Collect market insights and customer feedback
• Maintain daily reports and track performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B or field sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a self-motivated attitude
• Own bike required (fuel allowance provided)
• Professional and confident appearance
