Description:
J. Awan & Partners is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our rapidly expanding team in Karachi. This role involves actively engaging with potential clients in the GCC and international markets, driving lead generation and supporting the entire sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients across GCC and global markets
Generate and qualify leads, consistently following up to advance sales opportunities
Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and messaging
Monitor and report key performance metrics, including calls made, leads generated, demos scheduled, and deals closed
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to enhance sales effectiveness
Candidate Requirements:
1 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development, inside sales, or call center operations
Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills, particularly in English
Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach to challenges
Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience with international or multinational companies is a plus
