BitForce Solutions is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The ideal candidate will specialize in new business development, particularly via platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, along with lead generation, business communication, and account management to contribute significantly to the company’s growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (BBA), BBIT, or related fields from a reputable university.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in business development or account management.

  • Strong proposal writing skills with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling sales proposals.

  • Proven expertise in new business development and lead generation.

  • Excellent business communication skills.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and social media outreach.

  • Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline to ensure high-quality prospects.

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients via emails, calls, or face-to-face meetings.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Effectively present company offerings to potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to successfully close deals.

  • Conduct analysis of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and key performance metrics.

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
