Your Role:

  • Find and bid on projects that match our services on Upwork and similar platforms.
  • Connect with potential clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Write clear, persuasive proposals that meet client needs.
  • Work with our team to understand project details and present the best solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and help the team grow.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and client demands.

 

What We Need:

  • Experience working on Upwork or other freelancing sites.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to understand project needs and craft strong proposals.
  • Goal-driven, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is a plus.
