HybridDot Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our on-site team in DHA Phase 6, Raya Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion to become part of a fast-growing tech company.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by supporting the execution of client acquisition strategies, engaging with leads, and actively participating in the bidding process on platforms such as Upwork. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and develop long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and assist in executing comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify, generate, and nurture qualified leads through various channels including online platforms and direct outreach.
Actively participate in the bidding process on freelance and contract-based platforms like Upwork, identifying relevant opportunities.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients by providing excellent communication and follow-up.
Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas and improve the business development roadmap.
Track sales targets, prepare reports, and assist in meeting monthly and quarterly KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (tech, project management, marketing) to ensure seamless handoff and delivery of projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude with a keen interest in lead generation, sales, and client engagement.
Familiarity with platforms like Upwork is a plus.
Ability to conduct market research and think strategically.
Team player with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
