Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities on Upwork, ensuring a strong presence and reputation on the platform.
Handle customer queries and question regarding the projects.
Utilize LinkedIn to research, connect, and network with potential clients and partners.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Submit compelling proposals on Upwork, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements and showcase our strengths.
Strategize and implement business growth techniques, focusing on increasing our reach and visibility on Upwork and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are feasible and aligned with our capabilities.
Provide regular feedback and reports to senior management about marketplace trends, challenges, and potential growth opportunities.
Requirements:
[2-4] years of experience in business development, preferably with a focus on online platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn.
Proven track record of securing clients and projects through these platforms.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to write clear, compelling, and tailored proposals.
