As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation activities, cold outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries. You will manage end-to-end communication with potential clients, nurture long-term relationships, and bridge communication between technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
The role demands a proactive communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll collaborate with internal departments to align proposals with client needs and help position MendixSoft as a trusted technology partner in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation through outbound and inbound strategies
Follow up with prospects, qualify leads, and convert them into customers
Manage client accounts and maintain strong client satisfaction
Coordinate with software development and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively
Prepare sales proposals, pitch decks, and coordinate for demos/presentations
