Business Development Executive

OES Pakistan is currently hiring for the position of Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder at its Lahore office. This is a full-time role ideal for a highly motivated, target-oriented, and proactive individual who is eager to contribute to the company’s growth through strategic client acquisition and project bidding on freelance platforms.

As a vital part of the business development team, you will be expected to identify and secure new business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and effectively manage bidding processes on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets

• Search, filter, and bid on projects on Upwork and similar freelance platforms

• Build and nurture strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients

• Create tailored proposals and pitch services to align with client needs

• Collaborate closely with the internal development and design teams to deliver on client expectations

• Maintain records of project pipelines, follow-ups, and client communications

• Meet or exceed business development targets and KPIs

Key Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and confident approach

• Solid negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or freelancing platforms is essential

• Familiarity with Upwork bidding procedures and online proposal writing

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in team settings

• Basic understanding of digital services like web development, design, or software solutions is a plus
