Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
Drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities.
Work closely with employers to understand their hiring needs and match them with the right talent.
Engage in outreach and lead generation efforts to expand the platform’s client base.
Contribute to strategic planning to increase the platform's visibility and user engagement.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
