Description:
Fistems is currently hiring a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our client acquisition and market growth strategies. This position is ideal for individuals who have a knack for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You’ll collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless delivery of services that meet client needs.
Research and identify target clients, market segments, and strategic growth opportunities.
Generate qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, email campaigns, and social media.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Deliver persuasive presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients.
Foster long-term relationships with new and existing customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Assist in the development of sales contracts, presentations, and negotiation materials.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and client requirements through market research.
Coordinate with internal teams—marketing, sales, and product—for aligned execution.
Report KPIs and provide updates on business development metrics to leadership.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Follow up on all inbound and outbound leads in a timely and strategic manner.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Experience: 2–3 years in business development or sales.
Excellent written and spoken communication.
Understanding of sales principles and performance-driven approach.
Strong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.
Efficient in multitasking, problem-solving, and time management.
Team player with collaborative mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Adaptability to fast-paced environments and eagerness to learn.
Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 during 3-month probation
Commission on top of base salary
