With over four years of industry experience and more than 30 million content views, Skylift Marketing partners with high-profile clients across 17+ countries, including notable features in Forbes, NBC, BBC, Vogue, and Men’s Health.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving company growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management. Your key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering long-term client relationships, providing exceptional service, and consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and train new sales staff, supporting overall sales operations to enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and pitch Skylift Marketing's services effectively

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business

• Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

• Conduct training and mentorship for new sales team members

• Optimize sales operations for efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Proven experience in sales and sales management

• Strong communication and client service skills

• Experience in training and onboarding sales staff

• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Prior experience in the marketing industry is a plus
