Business Development Executive

 

Description:

Rocktech Digital is actively seeking a dynamic and persuasive Field Sales / Business Development Executive to join our team in Walton, Lahore. This field-based role is ideal for someone who is passionate about in-person selling, enjoys meeting new people, and excels at convincing small business owners to join our platform. You’ll be the face of our company, working directly with business owners, many of whom may not be tech-savvy, so your ability to simplify and earn trust is crucial.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily door-to-door visits to local shops and small businesses

  • Confidently pitch our platform and its benefits to potential clients

  • Assist in the onboarding process and ensure smooth sign-ups

  • Keep a detailed log of daily activities and customer feedback

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with onboarded vendors


Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of proven field sales experience

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills

  • Comfortable dealing with non-technical business owners

  • Street-smart, result-oriented, and highly motivated

  • Must own a smartphone; owning a motorbike is preferred


Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):

  • Background in B2B sales, retail onboarding, or vendor acquisition

  • Fluent in local languages and capable of breaking down complex ideas into simple explanations
