StarBazaar is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join its team in Karachi. This role is perfect for individuals looking to thrive in a fast-paced environment where relationship-building and sales strategy execution are key to success.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This includes both internal collaboration and external relationship management with celebrities, influencers, and clients to expand the business network and fulfill strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential clients. Implement strategic outbound sales tactics to grow the customer base.

  • Celebrity Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong professional ties with celebrities and influencers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and collaboration with the brand.

  • Celebrity Acquisition & PR: Oversee current celebrity partnerships, bring new public figures on board, and handle inquiries related to public relations and promotions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree from a reputable university.

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sound understanding of industry trends and celebrity/influencer marketing.

  • Ability to draft and deliver compelling presentations promptly.

  • Strong planning, organizational, and resource management skills.

  • Self-driven with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
