As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding the company’s client base, building strong relationships, and driving sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator, a strategic thinker, and a motivated individual with a solid background in lead generation, client management, and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pursue, and acquire new business opportunities to expand the company's client portfolio.
Generate quality leads through strategic outreach, market research, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Present and pitch tailored marketing and branding solutions to clients across industries such as FMCG, Telecom, Banking, Pharma, Education, and Home Appliances.
Meet and exceed set revenue targets and KPIs through effective client engagement and sales strategies.
Develop and execute business development plans in alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, creative, and project management teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Maintain updated records of business interactions and manage sales pipelines effectively.
Represent the company at industry events and meetings to strengthen its market presence.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the marketing/advertising industry.
Strong understanding of strategic marketing, branding, and advertising concepts.
Established connections and rapport with clients in relevant sectors (FMCG, Telecom, Banks, Pharma, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets is essential.
