Business Development Executive

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience in providing services at B2B platform and will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves managing customer requests across various channels, including phone, email, and chat, and maintaining a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct b2b outbound calls to potential customers.

· Promote products and services offered by our platform.

· Build and maintain customer relationships.

· Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing quick and accurate information.

· Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

· Give demos to the potential customers.

· Input the customer information accurately in the CRM system.

· Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a smooth on-boarding process.

· Tailor presentations to potential clients according to their needs and requirements, and highlight our strengths.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)

· Proven experience in telemarketing or sales in B2B platforms.

· Prior experience dealing with international clients is preferred.

Skills:

· Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.

· Proficiency in using CRM tools and B2B platforms.

· Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

· Ability to persuade and influence others.

Experience:
