Key Responsibilities:

✅ Identify and generate sales leads targeting the USA, Saudi Arabia, and the broader Middle East markets, converting them into successful sales.
✅ Connect with business owners and key personnel on LinkedIn to drive lead generation and business growth.
✅ Leverage Upwork and similar freelance platforms to acquire new clients and projects.
✅ Conduct market research to pinpoint potential clients and sales opportunities.
✅ Establish and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term business growth.
✅ Identify emerging market trends and tailor service offerings to align with client needs.
✅ Track and manage leads, ensuring effective follow-ups and deal closures.
✅ Prepare and present compelling proposals that highlight the ROI of IT services.
✅ Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
✔ Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT industry.
✔ Experience using LinkedIn for networking and lead generation is a plus.
✔ Experience with freelance platforms like Upwork is a plus.
✔ Ability to understand and explain software solutions to clients.
