Practice Management Experts (PMEx) is a leading revenue cycle management company that helps optimize healthcare operations for medical providers. As part of our continued growth, we are hiring Business Development Executives to join our night shift team at Farid Kot Road, near MAO College, Lahore.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about building strong client relationships while driving business growth. If you have sales acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
• Proactively engage with healthcare providers, presenting PMEx’s revenue cycle management services.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or BPO sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet targets, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and goal-oriented mindset.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (7:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
