Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at TechMatter Global, you will play a crucial role in ensuring outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. We require 1-2 years of experience in sales and international cold-calling. We will be offering incentives and commission after probation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to international clients to promote our products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Address customer inquiries, and concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Stay updated on our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
