WH Tech Solutions is a leading technology solutions provider based in the UK. We pride ourselves on delivering innovative and efficient solutions to our business clients. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic B2B Business Development Executive to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Drive lead generation efforts, identifying and targeting potential business clients.

2) Conduct thorough market research to understand potential client needs, challenges, and business environments.

3) Manage initial outreach through cold calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings.

4) Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to the needs of the prospective client.

5) Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

6) Ensure long-term client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

7) Utilize our suite of tools (like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Yesware, etc.) to streamline and optimize sales processes.

8) Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in a B2B business development or sales role, preferably in the tech sector.

* Proficient in using CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to understand and adapt to market trends and the specific needs of prospective clients.

* Resilient, proactive, and capable of working independently.

* Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Zoom, and others mentioned above is a plus.
