Description:

We are a growing call center looking for an experienced bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in bidding on call center projects and a strong understanding of call center operations. This is a full-time postion with the opportunity for ongoing work.

Responsibilities:

  • Review project documents and specifications to determine scope of work, required resources, and project schedule.
  • Identify potential opportunities for call center projects and prepare proposals and bids.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful implementation of call center projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to ensure competitiveness in the bidding process.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in bidding on call center projects
  • Strong understanding of call center operations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
