Business Development Executive

 

Description:

  • Identifying target audience and prospective clients to grow our email list
  • Communicating with clients, making outbound calls to potential clients, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding clients’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Designing and implementing email marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Crafting email templates and business proposals
  • Upgrading email templates using personalization and and other features
  • Creating email databases for lead generation
  • Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention
  • Participating networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients
  • Proofreading emails for spelling, grammar, clarity and punctuation
  • Analyzing lead generation and email marketing efforts and suggest improvements
  • Answering potential clients’ questions and sending additional information per email
  • Reviewing client’s feedback and incorporating it to make necessary changes

Education/Experience/Skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, identify pain points and suggesting solutions
  • Experience with creating and delivering newsletters
  • Excellent sales, written and verbal skills
  • Understanding of CRM is a huge plus
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field
