Business Development Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (B2B) who brings a level of motivation, curiosity, and passion for collaboration. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new business development by following up on leads and cold calling. Communicating with clients to pitch company offerings, understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems, and create positive, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.

  • Identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Cold calling to potential prospects (businesses) to identify their business needs.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing and prospective clients via phone and email to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Developing a professional relationship with potential prospects based on business buying behavior.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from potential prospects via cold calling and emails.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of hot prospects using CRM, eventually converting them into sales.
  • Fulfilling daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly targets given by management.
  • Executing our business development/sales strategy designed with tangible goals, clear steps to those goals and performance metrics (KPIs).

To Qualify You Will Need:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Preferably European/American accent.
  • Prior tele-sales/cold-calling experience in a BPO and/or excellent telephonic skills.
  • B2B International Sales experience. Preferably in the IT industry.
  • Must be comfortable working in European shift timing.
