Business Development Executive

Description:

The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. In this role, the professional will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline for international courier and logistics services. Daily tasks include meeting with prospective clients, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company objectives. The role also involves managing key accounts, nurturing long-term client relationships, and collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality. The Business Development Executive will track performance metrics, provide market feedback, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Solid Business acumen with the ability to understand logistics solutions, pricing models, and market dynamics.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.
• Experience in Account Management, maintaining and growing client relationships while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier, or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Proven track record in sales or business development roles, preferably in B2B environments.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within defined timelines.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis to track performance and report results.
