At WebXDigi, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Lahore.

We are looking for someone who can do more than just generate leads - someone who understands prospecting, client communication, discovery calls, follow-ups, and closing deals.

🔹 What We Are Looking For

✅ 1-2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Lead Generation
✅ Excellent spoken and written English
✅ Strong English listening and communication skills
✅ Experience generating B2B leads through multiple platforms
✅ Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✅ Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead-generation channels
✅ Ability to identify and qualify potential clients
✅ Experience conducting initial/discovery calls with prospects
✅ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
✅ Understanding of the sales process and closing techniques
✅ Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated
✅ Experience in selling digital marketing, SEO, web development, SaaS, or IT services will be a strong advantage

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify qualified B2B prospects
• Build and manage prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms
• Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Qualify leads and understand their business requirements
• Schedule and conduct initial calls with prospects
• Follow up consistently with potential clients
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with the internal team when required
• Move qualified prospects through the sales pipeline
• Negotiate and close deals
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records
• Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets

💰 Compensation
Basic Salary + Commission

Performance-based earning potential for candidates who can consistently generate and close business.

2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
