Description:
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive (Junior) with 0–1 year of experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the sales process from outreach to deal closure. You will work closely with the marketing and technical teams to help drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research and outbound outreach.
- Reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve lead generation and business development targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to conduct online research and identify potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
