We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive – Upwork & Client Acquisition

Are you skilled in Upwork bidding and client communication? We’re looking for a motivated professional who can generate leads, communicate with clients confidently, and help grow our design services business.

Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: Mid-Level (1 to 2 Years Required)
Timings:
• Females: 3 PM – 11 PM
• Males: 5 PM – 2 AM

Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Block 14, Karachi
Platform Expertise: Upwork (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
• Bid on relevant projects through Upwork
• Write effective and professional proposals
• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach
• Communicate with clients and close deals professionally
• Build strong and long-term client relationships
• Create and manage Upwork profiles from scratch

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 to 2 Years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven experience with Upwork bidding
• Ability to handle clients professionally
• Sales and lead generation mindset
