Responsibilities:

• Bid on Upwork projects relevant to our services
• Write customized, high-converting proposals
• Communicate with potential clients and handle initial discussions
• Maintain and grow client pipelines
• Coordinate with the internal team for project handovers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Developer
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of Upwork’s bidding strategies and algorithms
• Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
