Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients via Leads, cold calling, and other professional networks.
- Client Consultation: Understand client needs for web and branding projects, and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Client Meetings & Field Outreach: Responsible for scheduling appointments and physically visiting clients to discuss project requirements and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Strategy: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends in the design and tech niche.
- Sales Pipeline: Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach and proposal drafting to final contract negotiation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our design and development teams to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and met.
Qualifications
- Communication: Exceptional Urdu verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales or business development (experience in a software house or creative agency is a major plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategy: Ability to create persuasive proposals and pitch decks for branding and web services.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable working toward targets in a collaborative environment.
