Business Development Executive – ICT Sales (Pakistan)

Job Summary:
THE WORX PVT LTD is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to support ICT business development activities in Pakistan and assist UAE operations with lead generation, proposal coordination, and client communication.
The ideal candidate should have experience in ICT sales, proposal preparation, client coordination, and technical understanding of IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate new business opportunities and leads
• Support ICT sales activities in Pakistan market
• Coordinate proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
• Communicate with clients and follow up on opportunities
• Work closely with UAE business development and technical teams
• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline updates
• Assist in preparing company presentations and documentation
• Support partnerships with vendors and subcontractors
Preferred Skills & Experience:
• 1–3 years experience in ICT / IT sales or business development
• Understanding of Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud, ELV, or Managed Services
• Good communication and proposal writing skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Compensation:
• Fixed Salary: PKR 120,000 – 150,000
• Performance-based incentives and commission
