Job Overview:
The Neo Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Generate leads via platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and contracts
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, design, and marketing) to align client requirements
Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of client interactions and update CRM systems
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in IT/software industry)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience with lead generation and client handling
Familiarity with freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr) is a plus
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT services / software house environment
Knowledge of digital marketing and technical services
Basic understanding of CRM tools
