Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive to onboard USA-based medical billing clients*. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in acquiring medical practices, clinics, or healthcare providers for medical billing services in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and close leads for US medical billing clients
Identify and approach medical practices, clinics, and providers in the USA
Conduct cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and online prospecting
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Negotiate contracts and close deals independently
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain proper CRM records and lead pipelines

Requirements:

Proven experience in US medical billing sales or business development
Strong understanding of medical billing, RCM, and US healthcare workflows
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and deliver results
Existing network or lead sources will be a strong plus
