Description:

Key Responsibilities:

.Conduct targeted outreach on LinkedIn and other platforms to generate qualified leads

.Identify and connect with potential clients and key decision-makers

.Craft personalized connection requests and follow-up messages

.Maintain and manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools

.Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

.Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach and business strategies

Track outreach performance and report on key metrics

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

.1–3 years of experience in business development or lead generation

.Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and similar platforms

.Strong communication and interpersonal skills

.Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email automation tools

.Ability to write engaging and persuasive outreach messages
