Business Development Executive

 

Description:

This is not a conventional sales position. The Business Development Executive will function as a growth driver — managing both B2B and B2C pipelines, cultivating strategic partnerships, and converting opportunities into measurable revenue.

You will take ownership of client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue performance while working closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business generation across B2B and B2C segments
  • Identify high-potential markets and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Build, manage, and retain strong client relationships
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and intercity visits to secure deals
  • Track sales performance, KPIs, and revenue targets
  • Contribute to strategic planning and expansion initiatives
