Job Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities on Upwork.

. Must be able to release the target of $4K to $6K.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Drive growth through strategic planning and execution.

· Negotiate contracts and close deals.

· Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

· Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Requirements:

· 2+ year of experience on Upwork, specifically in 2D animation, graphics and web projects.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Professional proficiency in English.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
