Business Development Coordinator

 

Description:

Drive international market expansion through strategic partnerships and B2B sales. Lead business development initiatives, manage the full sales cycle, and support growth in designated markets, particularly in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate business opportunities and develop market entry strategies

Source, onboard, and manage partners and distributors

Engage B2B clients from prospecting to closing, including demos and contract negotiations

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers

Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports; track sales metrics

Collaborate with internal teams and travel regularly for client and partner engagement

Requirements:

1 to 2 years in B2B sales or business development, preferably international

Strong communication, negotiation, and partner management skills

Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable to fast-paced environments
