TeknoFlair is a web and software agency working with WordPress, learning platforms, membership solutions, e-commerce and custom development.

We’re hiring a Business Development Associate (Research & Outreach) to help build our global prospect pipeline. This role is suited to an early-career professional with practical experience in prospect research, lead generation or outreach who wants to grow in B2B business development within a software agency.

Role responsibilities:

• Research relevant businesses and decision-makers, and build organized prospect lists.

• Monitor relevant marketplaces, professional platforms and online communities for active project opportunities, service requests, project briefs, RFPs and requests for an agency or vendor. Assess fit and qualify suitable opportunities.

• Use relevant public business signals to guide personalized outreach and follow-ups. Also run planned cold prospecting among suitable accounts where no active public requirement is visible.

• Engage prospects in relevant conversations, understand their needs or plans, and build interest in discussing a suitable project with TeknoFlair.

• Confirm genuine interest and a relevant need, then arrange a discovery and scope discussion with senior management and share the prospect’s context.

• Keep research, outreach, responses, follow-ups and next steps updated in the assigned tracker or CRM.

Candidate profile:

• 6–12 months of practical B2B experience in prospect research, lead generation, outreach, sales or client engagement.

• Clear written and spoken English, including confidence communicating with international prospects.

• Practical experience building prospect lists, identifying relevant contacts, conducting outreach and following up.

• Organized working habits with Google Sheets or a CRM, and the ability to attempt assigned work independently.

• Final-year students and recent graduates may apply if they have relevant freelance, internship or outreach experience.
