Business Development Associate

Description:

The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore District. The associate will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients in alignment with RayMed Nexus’s service offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering client-focused presentations, supporting proposal development, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to understand service capabilities, following up on inquiries, and supporting relationship management with law firms, insurers, and other stakeholders. The associate will be expected to meet defined activity and growth targets while representing the company in a professional and ethical manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to diverse professional audiences.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up to convert opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles in healthcare, insurance, or legal services is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools are beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain professional integrity in a fast-paced environment.
