We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to help us identify prospects, generate leads, and support client acquisition through email and LinkedIn outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Research and identify potential clients
• Generate and qualify B2B leads
• Build prospect lists and maintain lead databases
• Run email marketing and outreach campaigns
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups
• Track conversations, responses, and opportunities
• Support client acquisition and business development activities
• Use AI tools to improve research, personalization, lead generation, and outreach efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, sales, or outreach
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with email and LinkedIn outreach
• Strong research and prospecting skills
• Self-motivated and consistent with follow-ups
• Willingness to learn and experiment with AI tools
