The Mission: We are looking for a Business Development Associate. You will work side-by-side with the Founder to aggressively fill our sales pipeline. Your goal is simple: Find the leads, start the conversation, and book the meeting. We close the deal.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Upwork Bidding (Primary): You will live on the Upwork feed. You will identify high-ticket opportunities and draft winning proposals using our proven frameworks.
- LinkedIn Outreach: You will identify decision-makers (Founders/CMOs) and initiate conversations using personalized outreach.
- The AI Pilot: You will use tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to research prospects and speed up your workflow. You don't just "type"—you prompt.
- Pipeline Command: You manage the Founder's calendar, ensure meetings are booked, and handle all lead follow-ups. No lead falls through the cracks.
We are looking for someone:
- AI Native: You know how to use AI to write better, research faster, and work smarter. You are comfortable with the latest tech stack.
- Extremely Coachable: This is the most important trait. We have a specific way of winning. You must be willing to unlearn bad habits and execute our playbook with precision.
- Elite English Communication: Your written English must be indistinguishable from a native US speaker. No fluff. No errors.
- Thick Skin: You understand that sales is a numbers game. You don't get discouraged by "No." You get motivated to find the "Yes."
Requirements:
- Education: Degree is not required. We care about your brain and your hustle, not your university.
- Experience: Previous experience in Lead Gen or Upwork is a plus, but not mandatory.
