As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving growth through client acquisition, partnerships, and relationship management. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, coworking trends, and supporting businesses in flexible work environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to drive occupancy and revenue
  • Conduct site tours and pitch workspace solutions to freelancers, startups, SMEs, and corporates
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with members and prospects
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and promotional campaigns
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations
  • Represent the brand at networking events and exhibitions

 

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Knowledge or interest in coworking spaces, startups, or the flexible work ecosystem is a plus
