This position is best suited for candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on sales experience, particularly those who have worked on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and PeoplePerHour.Key

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term business clients
  • Manage and enhance all the profiles on platforms such as Upwork, LinkedIn, and PeoplePerHour
  • Prepare and submit customized project proposals aligned with client requirements
  • Execute both inbound and outbound business development strategies
  • Lead client meetings, deliver presentations, and close deals effectively
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and maintain performance tracking
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor activities for informed decision-making

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in business development or sales
  • Strong working knowledge of Upwork, LinkedIn, and PeoplePerHour
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset
