The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-value clients, nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers, and expanding our market footprint through effective sales and business development strategies. This role demands a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals, corporate leaders, and influential stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying, approaching, and converting high-potential clients
  • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with top-tier corporate and individual clients
  • Present the firm’s services, investment opportunities, and solutions in a clear, compelling, and professional manner
  • Strategically support business expansion through lead generation, pipeline management, and structured follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align market efforts with broader investment objectives
  • Represent the firm in key client meetings, conferences, and exclusive business forums
  • Provide market feedback and intelligence to optimize sales strategies and product offerings

 

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, client relationship management, or high-end sales
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Well-presented, articulate, and capable of engaging with senior stakeholders confidently
  • Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Exposure to investment, finance, real estate, or premium B2B sectors is highly preferred
  • Must be comfortable with occasional national and international travel for meetings and events
