This strategic role involves generating qualified B2B leads and converting them into long-term business relationships across services like Web/App Development, WordPress, SEO, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate, manage, and nurture leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and email campaigns.

  • Communicate professionally and effectively with international clients via Zoom, LinkedIn, and email to pitch services and understand their business needs.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare accurate proposals, estimates, and presentations for prospective clients.

  • Lead the proposal lifecycle — from opportunity identification and proposal writing to follow-up and closing.

  • Contribute to the development of effective sales strategies to acquire and retain international clients.

  • Maintain and update client information using sales CRM tools to ensure smooth deal tracking and follow-up.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of proven experience in international B2B sales within an IT services or digital agency environment.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a simple manner.

  • Experience with lead generation and outreach through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, and email tools.

  • Familiarity with sales CRM systems and an organized approach to client follow-ups and data tracking.

  • A self-motivated and proactive mindset, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Bonus: Previous experience in a software house or having written technical and commercial proposals.
