We are looking for a Business Development and Marketing Executive with an accounting background who specializes in organic client outreach through social media platforms and digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, building relationships, generating leads, and providing support in accounting-related business discussions when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through outreach on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through direct engagement (DMs, comments).
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to convert them into long-term customers.
- Share valuable content that aligns with FINSOUL NETWORK’s brand and attracts potential leads.
- Monitor, track, and analyze engagement, outreach effectiveness, and lead conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the business development team to maximize client acquisition.
- Leverage accounting knowledge to understand client needs and support finance-related discussions.
- Stay updated with social media trends and best practices for organic client engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Accounting background is mandatory).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in organic lead generation and client outreach.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other professional networking platforms.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles to support client interactions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results driven.
