We are a growing software agency seeking a LinkedIn Business Developer with a strong track record in generating and nurturing B2B leads. This role requires someone who is results-driven, proactive, and experienced in B2B sales, especially in industries like AI, software development, and digital products.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify, connect, and engage with potential clients through LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
  • Generate high-quality B2B leads and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build relationships with decision-makers (C-level, founders, managers).
  • Maintain and grow the agency’s presence on LinkedIn, ensuring a professional and persuasive approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company services (AI, custom development, SaaS products, etc.).
  • Track and report KPIs on lead generation, conversions, and sales pipeline progress.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in LinkedIn B2B lead generation & sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, outreach, and deal closing.
  • Experience with AI, software development, SaaS, or IT services is a strong plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and hit monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
