Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Developer who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring sustained satisfaction and growth through effective account management. In parallel, the role will involve engaging with potential new clients through meetings, presentations, and strategic outreach, with a focus on expanding the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, and ensuring delivery of agreed-upon services.
· Account Management: Monitor account performance, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize client value.
· New Business Development: Conduct meetings with prospective clients, presenting the company’s capabilities and solutions to drive new partnerships.
· Market Engagement: Build and maintain networks with retailers, distributors, and other potential business partners to generate leads and uncover market opportunities.
· Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and service delivery is optimized.
· Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on client activity, new business opportunities, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
· Contract Negotiation: Participate in the negotiation and closure of commercial agreements with new and existing clients where required.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, account management, or a related client-facing role.
· Demonstrated experience in working with retailers, distributors, or within the consumer goods & home appliances sector in GCC, Europe or Asia (preferred).
· Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
