💰 Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 150,000 (Based on experience & skills) + Quarterly Bonus & Commission based on performance

We are looking for a goal-oriented Business Developer / Appointment Setter to expand our global client base.


Role Overview:
You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, setting appointments with potential clients, and contributing to our business growth through targeted design campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential B2B & B2C clients through LinkedIn, Email, Cold Calling, and Social Media Outreach.
Plan, execute, and optimize targeted design campaigns for various industries.
Present our services effectively to decision-makers to secure business opportunities.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
Keep CRM updated with leads, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.
Collaborate with marketing teams to refine lead-generation strategies.


Required Skills & Expertise:
Proven experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or Appointment Setting.
Strong knowledge of Graphic Design, 3D Animation, Web/App Development, SEO, Content Writing, and DMM services.
Expertise in B2B & B2C sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to create and manage result-oriented campaigns.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-tracking systems.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and self-disciplined.


Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably in IT, design, or digital marketing industry).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
Strong portfolio of lead-generation success.


Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: PKR 50,000 – 150,000 (based on skills & experience).
Quarterly Bonus & Commission based on performance.
