As a Business Developer, your primary responsibility will be to identify and convert potential leads into long-standing partnerships. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence, enhancing customer engagement, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

• Present and promote the company’s services in a compelling and customized manner

• Negotiate deals, close sales, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, project management, technical) to align business development efforts with overall organizational goals

• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and provide accurate forecasting and reporting

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

• 2 to 4 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the tech or services industry

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
