Etechtics is hiring a Business Developer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Business Growth: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including CRM tools, lead gen platforms, and networking events. Develop business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients.

• Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Negotiate and close deals with B2B clients.

• Strategy Development: Work closely with the management team to identify and develop strategies for business growth, targeting high-potential markets and industries.

• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the company’s offerings and services.

• Collaboration: Work effectively within a team to meet business development targets and collaborate on ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of proven experience in business development and lead generation, with a focus on B2B.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms.

• Analytical, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in tech/software services.

• Experience with B2B lead generation, staff augmentation, and outsourcing.

• Familiarity with ASP .NET Zero, SEO, QA & Testing services.
