Job Responsibilities:

✅ Identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with potential clients.

✅ Research market trends and generate leads for new business opportunities.

✅ Develop strategic sales plans to expand the company’s presence in the market.

✅ Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients.

✅ Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align business strategies.

✅ Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and client pitches.

✅ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.

 

Requirements:

🔹 Experience: 0-1 years in business development, sales, or a related field.

🔹 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

🔹 Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

🔹 Knowledge of IT services and software development is a plus.

🔹 Proficiency in CRM tools, lead generation, and sales analytics.
